Children must be accompanied by an adult.

No outside food/beverages allowed.

Alcohol must stay within the festival area. (You cannot cross to Clinton Street with alcohol from the festival)

No smoking or vaping in the festival area.

Pets are NOT allowed at GermanFest in Headwaters Park East (Main festival tent) with the exception of service animals.

No weapons or firearms are allowed.

All attendees are expected to be respectful and kind towards GermanFest volunteers and attendees. GermanFest reserves the right to refuse participation to any persons or animals.

Attendees creating disturbance or violating rules must leave the festival area if requested by law enforcement, festival organizers, or designated agents.
