Doors open at 3:30 p.m. Indiana’s second oldest German organization, The Fort Wayne Mannerchor/Damenchor will be your hosts for the official opening ceremony of Germanfest 2018, led by director Tom Remenschneider. Come hear authentic German folk music followed by Heimatabend!

The Fort Wayne Mannerchor/Damenchor are your hosts for an evening of great German food. Come for German beverages, live entertainment and of course, Gemutlichkeit to round out the evening.
Doors open at 3:30 p.m. Dinner of  Kasseler (smoked pork chops), sauerkraut, potatoes & gravy and apple strudel will be served from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Dinner tickets can be purchased at the door.
